GONE FISHING Virtual Workshop
Last Updated: May 21, 2023
As you know, the new annual catalog has officially launched and there are tons of fun new sets to craft with! This June, I’ll be hosting a virtual workshop featuring the Let’s Go Fishing Suite Collection and the Gone Fishing Stamp and Die set.
In this workshop, we will make 4 cards that would be perfect for birthdays, Father’s Day, retirement, or just because. Kits will be mailed out and videos will be posted to my YouTube channel no later than June 13 - just in time for Father’s Day!
The cost of the workshop is $16 for local pickup or $21 inclusive of shipping.
If you’d like to add the Gone Fishing Bundle or any other items to your registration, I’ll cover the tax and shipping. You can shop using my Host Code: MJUB63MC.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me at TaylorMadewithNancy@gmail.com
- the Gone Fishing Bundle (to make these cards you will need to have the die set in addition to the stamp set. These images do not lend themselves to fussy cutting.)
- An acrylic stamp block like this one. For this set, I highly recommend the B and C blocks, given the small pieces.
- A Black ink pad (I highly recommend Memento Tuxedo Black, particularly if you will be coloring with alcohol markers).
- Glue (I recommend TomBow multipurpose glue) or tape runner (such as this). For some of the cards, it’s best to use the fine tip glue, which I highly recommend. We will also use tear and tape.
- Dimensionals (such as these).
- Scissors (these snips are my absolute favorite).
- VersaMark and White Embossing Powder if you plan to heat emboss your sentiments. (You will, of course, also need a heat tool). If you don’t prefer to heat emboss you can also stamp the sentiment in white craft ink like this.
- Classic Stampin Pads
- I will be using a variety of colors in the workshop. However, you should feel free to substitute the colors for what you have on hand or what you prefer. If you don’t have the ink pads, you can also use Stampin Write Markers. The colors I used to create these cards are:
